  They always screw up your order especially when you go through drive thru and ask for something not to be on your burger. Their ice cream machine seems to always be "out of order" especially if you want a sundae. I tried to order a couple of sundaes but was told the machine was broken, but the person in front of me was handed McFlurries?! The service is extremely slow and some of them are quite rude. Sometimes when you go there, especially at night, they make it seem like you're a disservice to them and that they are having to go out of their way to do their job of taking your order, making it, and overall helping you. They are no longer getting my service, let alone my money. I'm taking my business else where until the employees' attitudes change or they are replaced!

  They got my order wrong instead of giving me hot chocolate they gave me coffee which tasted horrible. Do not go here go to Dunkin Donuts instead.

  Everytime I go there they always have some excuse for why it takes 15 minutes to make a chicken biscuit. I'm a born and raised here local that trys to support our businesses here but I'm so tired of poor service and poor attitude. Never will I ever go here again.

  Thank you to the McDonald's staff at surf city for kindly gathering and protecting an elderly gentlemens property today. 1/26/17. He left some items behind and a few hours later he was able to return and got his belongings back. Thank you!!
